Tara Gum, CAS# 39300-88-4, is isolated from the endosperm of C. spinosa seeds, available as white to white-yellow odorless powder. Tara Gum pose similar thickening effect as guar gum and locust bean gum, as the active substances of all these gums are the galactomannans.
